Usually the materials that can be processed are the FEBC wave support, bare and covered wave EE - EB - BC, Laminil, cardboardcompact, variable thickness according to the manufacturer and model from o 7 mm.up to about 10 mm., the covers are usually of weight from 120 up to 500 gr.m2, coupling accuracy +/- 0.5 mm.Semi-automatic lines available, with smaller investments, or fully automatic with double feeder, turn wads, stack exit, ect.The demand for decorative packaging and store displays at the highest levels is increasing.The thickness of the corrugated board will depend on the height of the groove created, the thickness may vary from 0.5 mm.for the lowest, up to 15 mm.for the thicker ones, sometimes even more.
